Karl leads P1LLAR’s client-side project management and advisory work across property, construction and active asset environments.

With more than 16 years’ experience and unlimited domestic and commercial builder registrations in Victoria, Karl brings a rare combination of commercial judgement, technical construction knowledge and practical delivery experience.

His work spans residential, commercial, retail, education, health, industrial, hospitality and wellness tourism. He is particularly effective where projects involve complex approvals, sensitive stakeholders, unclear scope, live operating environments or delivery risk.

Karl’s approach is grounded in first principles. He tests assumptions early, brings structure to complexity and protects the client’s position through clear advice, disciplined project controls and practical decision-making.

He also brings strong capability in Modern Methods of Construction, quality oversight and project recovery, helping clients assess new delivery models, manage risk and maintain control from strategy through to completion.
