As a proud alumnus of The University of Melbourne, Leslie serves as a board member on the Construction Advisory Board. Combining technical expertise, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Leslie has led some of Australia’s highest-profile projects and previously held executive positions at Tier 1 firms. Notable projects include the $13 billion Melbourne Metro Tunnel Rail Project PPP, the $3 billion Essendon Airport Development, and the $500 million Antarctic Division Aerodrome Project.

As a registered building practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority, Karl holds Domestic and Commercial Unlimited licenses, equipping him to manage complex projects with expertise and authority.
He has delivered exceptional commercial office towers, large-scale apartment developments, and hospital ward redevelopments, all with a focus on quality and precision. His portfolio also includes the delivery of secondary school masterplans and a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical-grade cosmetics manufacturing facilities, showcasing his ability to lead diverse and technically demanding projects.
Karl’s expertise spans every stage of development, from feasibility and site acquisition to planning, delivery, and post-completion activities. Known for his clear communication and decisive problem-solving, he ensures projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
