Carved into an undulating landscape beside a lake overlooking Sorrento Golf Course, Point Nepean House is an ambitious residential project shaped by site, privacy and outlook.
The project forms part of prior project management experience that continues to inform P1LLAR’s approach to complex high-end residential delivery.
Defined by a monolithic perimeter wall that cuts into the sloping site, the home creates privacy from neighbouring properties while framing the organic timber-clad form within.
